Cancellation & No-Show
We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $50 fee or forfeiture of the deposit.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure our other clients are not delayed. A late fee may apply.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on services rendered. However, we are committed to your satisfaction—if you are unhappy with a result, please contact us within 7 days for a follow-up.
