Estimates provided on the website are for reference only. The final fare is calculated based on the actual distance traveled, time taken, and any tolls incurred during the trip. Payment is due upon completion of the ride.
You may cancel your ride up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee of $10.00.
EasyRide reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves in a threatening manner. Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
We collect your Name, Email, and Phone Number solely for the purpose of coordinating your ride. We do not sell your data to third parties.
EasyRide is not liable for missed flights, trains, or appointments due to unforeseen traffic conditions, weather, or mechanical failures.
