1. CUSTOM COMMISSIONS & DEPOSITS
All custom builds require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. This deposit covers materials and studio time. No work will be shipped or delivered until the remaining balance is paid in full.
2. ABANDONMENT POLICY (THE GHOST RULE)
We value our time and shelf space. If a client fails to respond to communications regarding an active order for 30 consecutive days, the project will be considered ABANDONED.
Upon abandonment:
- The client forfeits their deposit.
- Morbid Monstrosities reserves the right to resell the item to another customer.
- The original client has no further claim to the item or any refunds.
3. ARTISTIC VARIATION
These are hand-crafted works of art. Small variations in paint, texture, and "gore" are expected and celebrated. No two monstrosities are exactly alike. By ordering, you accept the unique nature of hand-made horror props.
4. SHIPPING & LIABILITY
Morbid Monstrosities is not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers. We pack every item to withstand extreme conditions, but once the item leaves our shop, the liability shifts to the carrier and the customer. Insurance is highly recommended for full-size props.
5. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If an item arrives with a major structural defect, contact the Ghouls within 48 hours of delivery.
